Roast To Order Coffee:

U.S orders will typically be processed within 3 days, occasionally up to 5. We like to roast beans to order same day, so orders processed later in the day will be roasted next day. Depending on demand of production orders could take up to 3-5 days, especially around holidays. 

We ship standard with USPS, taking 1-3 business days based on location. Please contact us if you are interested in a different mailing option.

We do not ship internationally at this time for our coffee roasts, US only.

We will send you a tracking code as soon as your order has shipped. If for any reason you cannot track your order, please contact us. 

Clothing/Coffee Mugs

We make all of our clothing and coffee mugs to order same as our coffee. Production time for these items are generally 2-5 business days. 

Shipping times vary by location and can take anywhere from 7-14 days. We do ship our clothing and mugs internationally, unlike our fresh roasted coffee. 

We will send you a tracking code as soon as your order has shipped. If for any reason you cannot track your order, please contact us. 

Grizzee accepts all major credit cards through our secure processing system. All payment credentials are kept confidential.

We now accept Paypal, Apple, and Amazon pay.

We will soon be accepting Afterpay - keep an eye out for an update as soon as we offer this!

Fresh Roasted Coffee:

Grizzee will provide refunds if we make an error in your order. Although it does not happen often, we take full responsibility and will provide a full refund and/or send the correct item. Please reach out immediately if you received the wrong product or have other issues. We will work quickly to resolve the mistake. 

We do not accept any returns on coffee, in the case we made a mistake we will send you the correct item and you may dispose of the wrong bag how you please. 

In the case you ordered the wrong coffee, size, or grind contact us immediately (before the order is processed) to make the correct changes to your order. Once an order is processed and ready to ship, we cannot make any changes and will not offer any refunds whatsoever.

Clothing and Coffee Mugs:

We gladly accept returns for damaged, defective, misprinted items at our expense. You must send us a photo of the defective product within 7 days of recieving the items. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items for any other reason. Please be mindful of our sizing guide when ordering. 

When you order a subscription with us, you can create your account and manage your subscription preferences. 

You choose how often and how many beans you would like in our recurring subscription plans. We offer the option to receive your beans on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. 

Your card will be charged on your schedule, typically the same day you signed up. If you signed up on a Monday and ordered for weekly deliveries, your card will be charged every Monday. 

You can cancel your bean subscription at any time by logging into your account and cancelling.

You are always welcome to change the frequency, roast types, and roast bag sizes in your recurring subscription. If you need a break from your shipments, simply pause the subscription and resume when you're ready to start it up again.
