July 2025 - Sulawesi (Medium/Dark Roast - At the start of the second crack)

Grown at elevations up to 2000 MASL in the misty mountains of North Tana Toraja, this full-bodied, low-acid coffee features rich notes of baker’s chocolate and nuts with a smooth finish. Sourced from Torajan smallholder farms and processed using the traditional wet-hulling (Giling Basah) method, the result is a uniquely complex cup with classic Indonesian character. Medium-dark roasted, this offering comes from the long-established Koperasi Puspeta Luwu, which ensures quality, traceability, and strong support for local producers.
